Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Enclave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Enclave provides browser based file processing tools. All file operations are performed locally on your device using WebAssembly. Enclave does not upload, store, or access your files.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity per account unless on a Team plan.
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Enclave to process files for illegal purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the WebAssembly modules. You may not redistribute the processing engines.
Limitation of Liability
Enclave is provided as is. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
